  Customer services sucks! needed a new passport photo, so I had a professional photographer take it for me. They wanted $15 to take thier own and in the past when I've had large pictures printed they charged $4. because this a 2"x2" picture and not the 8"x11" they wanted $8 for the smaller picture. This is called customer rape! if they can't charge you over high prices, they just rape you...theres a reason I never shop there! If I could have given less the 1 star i would have, so I'm telling you they got a "0 out of 10"
